Halloween Counterscape

Halloween is such a fun time of year at our
house, and both hubby and I agree that it is
fun to put out the new stuff first.

I started my Fall decor with these fun new
sparkling pumpkins and candle from
my favorite treasure hunting store,
Home Goods!

But then I just had to add a touch of Halloween
with my skeletal serving dishes, also haunted,
I mean hunted from there!  They just spoke to me of
Halloween fun!

I used these on my Haunted Hollow table, and
then they went straight to my kitchen counter.

Everything was layered on my darling wooden
tray that I had made with my craft class last year.

I decided to go with a little classier look for the
counter this year.

Don't you think this darling pumpkin candle
just fits right in?

This counterscape is just ready for a
PARTY!

I will be posting this with

Chocolat - French for Chocolate. I adored chocolate from a young age when I had to sneak in the cupboard to find where my mother had hidden the Nestle's Chocolate Chips. Having read about the famous chocolat shoppes in Paris, when I finally got there I was determined to try a chocolate from every Paris shoppe. I invite you to share my adventures in creating, in travel, and in life.

  1. Oh this is lovely Jacqueline! I just found you through Tablescape Thursday over at Between Naps on the Porch, and I love your site! What could be better than sparkle pumpkins?! Well, besides chocolate... !

Your baking looks so delicious - I'm going to go take a peek at some of them right now! :) I'd be honored if you wanted to pop over to Mantel and Table too. If you do, let me know what you think. Happy Thursday!
