Choose Joy - Not Tragedy

I saw this beautiful message from Stephanie at
Home Grown Hospitality and it touched my heart.

My heart is so sad for those who have suffered so
with the horrible tragedy of such senseless loss of
life from the school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary.

Please pray for those who have lost their loved ones
and for those who have witnessed this and will forever
be scarred by it.

May we all do more good and inspire others to
do more good that our world may be a better place
to live and to raise our children.

Chocolat - French for Chocolate. I adored chocolate from a young age when I had to sneak in the cupboard to find where my mother had hidden the Nestle's Chocolate Chips. Having read about the famous chocolat shoppes in Paris, when I finally got there I was determined to try a chocolate from every Paris shoppe. I invite you to share my adventures in creating, in travel, and in life.

  1. Thank you for sharing. It's so hard to comprehend this kind of tragedy. Especially as a parent. It's so scary to have little kids these days :(

  3. Good Evening Jacqueline, I was so sad to hear of the senseless killing of innocent children and teachers....there are no words which can express the sadness I feel. I do not understand how someone could commit such a cruel and dreadful act. I know it is not very much, but I would like to send all my love to everyone affected. They are in my prayers. Daphne

  8. I am so glad to see these words this morning. I've not felt a great deal of joy the last few days. Here's hoping for light to shine through.
