Oh the magic of Christmas Eve at
Purple Chocolat Home!
How I love to set the tables and
change them up just a bit each year.
This year it is all white and with
snow out on the deck and mountains
behind, it is just perfect.
The furniture is moved out of the living room
and if you have been following me
for years, you know that it then turns
into the Great Room.
You can see that the table
on the front is the tall table
for adults and teens, and
the short table in the back
is for the smallest elves,
but Papa and Nana Claus
will be sitting with them for
a special night.
Everyone gets a goblet.
I bought these at Dollar Tree,
so there isn't a worry about them
getting broken. White and silver
chargers sit underneath
the crowned plates - one set
that I have enough of for
this fun crowd.
I ran silver sequined runners
down the table and added
white and silver feathered trees
(new this year from At Home).
The beautiful silverplate was from
Horchow years ago and is no longer
available.
With the candles lit and the fireplace going,
everything just sparkles.
The candelabras were from my oldest
daughter's wedding and were purchased
20 years ago. They have been used
over and over and over.
We are all set and ready for guests.
Hoping for a Merry Christmas for
everyone. And we hope you are all
healthy and happy too.
I will be posting this with
