Zombie Apocalypse Tablescape and Party

Zombies were stumbling in from
all over a few nights ago
for our Zombie Apocalypse Party.

This Zombie Bride was ready to greet everyone

along with this spooky guy
who was playing music in
the entryway.

It is buffet, Zombie Buffet Style,  as we
are serving 65 guests tonight.

It should be a bone chilling event.

No need to chase after each other
when we have food this tempting for all
of the Zombies.

How about a little
Stewed Slimy Ogre
as a main course,

served on top of rounds of
Bone Meal Bread.

That might go nicely with some
Graveyard Dip

or some
Barf Dip.

Test these out too.

How about some Krispy Kremes,
Vampire Style?

or Glo Ball Eyes?

Blood shot eyes are yummy too.

These creepy little cookies are watching you!

Lots of fun Halloween cupcakes
to choose from.  Zombies really
loved these ones.

Here's some of your "head chefs" for the
night.  Thank you Zombie girls for all the
help!

Would you want to eat food they prepared?
That's why we didn't tell anyone!!

In the end it was a
HOWLING
and
SCREAMING
GOOD TIME!!

(Ogre was Chili Verde, Bone Meal Bread
was flour and corn tortillas, all of the fun
Halloween accessories were from Zurcher's -
the test tubes, flatware,
hatchet and candelabra signs.)
Inspiration for the cupcakes were

Chocolat - French for Chocolate. I adored chocolate from a young age when I had to sneak in the cupboard to find where my mother had hidden the Nestle's Chocolate Chips. Having read about the famous chocolat shoppes in Paris, when I finally got there I was determined to try a chocolate from every Paris shoppe. I invite you to share my adventures in creating, in travel, and in life.
